Cool pic! The view almost looks like a graveyard.. By the way I like the title you have given to the blog - Photography in Black and White. It's apt for the kind of pictures you have taken. Nice job!
Not very sure what the pic is trying to convey. There are too many objects of focus. The tree. The snow. The woman. The cars. There's too much detail in the pic.
To make good photos, remove unnecessary details from the shot. A good photo will ideally focus on 1-2 objects only. Too much detail would mean that 1) It doesnt look very arty 2) The viewer doesn't know where to look
